For vial work, confirm usable shelf area, minimum shelf temperature, cooling and heating rate, pressure-control range, product probes and data export. These features determine whether the batch can support a scale-up decision.

Provide vial and stopper drawings, fill volume, half-stopper height and the intended loading pattern. State whether final closure occurs under vacuum or after nitrogen or another approved gas backfill.
